Activating your tag is simple. After signing up for an Etoil account, you'll receive your tag in the mail. Then just log into your dashboard, navigate to the 'Tags' section, and follow the activation steps. Your tag will be ready for M50 toll payments within 24 hours.
Yes! Our platform is designed to handle multiple vehicles. Individual users can manage up to 5 vehicles on a standard account, while our fleet plans allow for unlimited vehicle management with advanced features like grouping, reporting, and individual spending limits.
We'll send you multiple notifications before your balance runs low. If your account does become insufficient, we'll still process the toll payment and apply a small administrative fee. You'll have a 7-day grace period to top up your account before any late fees are applied.
